January 2010:

Professor Salvador Moncada, a director of Domainex, received a knighthood for services to Science in the 2010 New Year's Honours List. Professor Moncada is Director of the Wolfson Institute of Biomedical Research at UCL, and he has made ground-breaking discoveries in cardiovascular pharmacology of major significance to translational medicine over a period of more than three decades.

December 2009:

Dr Trevor Perrior, Director of Research for Domainex has been appointed Visiting Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Sussex.

Domainex Ltd has released the next generation of its LeadBuilder virtual screening technology. LeadBuilder has been designed to be ideally suited to the needs of university groups engaged in Translational Research, and to emerging biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. More

July 2009:

Domainex today announced an extension of its research agreement with Ark Therapeutics. Under the terms of the agreement Domainex will continue to provide Ark with hit-finding and lead optimisation services for drug discovery against novel and exciting therapeutic targets nominated by the company.

June 2009:

Domainex provides drug discovery services to St George's London and The University of Manchester in a £ 4 million asthma treatment collaboration funded by The Wellcome Trust Seeding Drug Discovery Initiative.

Natural products drug company Hypha Discovery signs deal with Domainex to support its research programme on novel oncology drugs

Domainex has intellectual property rights to its Combinatorial Domain Hunting technology granted in Japan.

March 2009:

Domainex announced a collaboration on exciting drug discovery programmes with the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Research Centre and The Institute of Cancer Research to identify and develop inhibitors of two recently validated breast cancer targets, tankyrase and IKK-epsilon.
