Dr Stéphane Méry has been Fund Manager of the Bloomsbury Bioseed Fund since November 2000. He also manages the investments in Beringea’s ProVen Health VCT. Previously Stéphane was Associate Director, Worldwide Business Development, for SmithKline Beecham where he was instrumental in the assessment and the negotiation of several major in-license deals and acquisitions. He also has extensive consultancy experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industries. Stéphane is a Doctor in Veterinary Medicine; a trained Veterinary Pathologist, specialising in Nasal Toxicology at the Chemical Industry Institute of Toxicology (CIIT) in North Carolina; and holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau).
