Domainex has developed Combinatorial Domain Hunting (CDH) and LeadBuilder to provide solutions to these key bottlenecks that can then be exploited by our medicinal chemistry team.

 

CDH allows us to make and screen many thousands of protein constructs in order to identify the specific fragments of a target protein that are ideal for screening and structural biology, and are expressed in high yield.

 

LeadBuilder uses our state-of-the-art capability in virtual screening to identify small focused screening sets—chosen from commercially available compounds—that are highly relevant to a target of interest. LeadBuilder hits are designed to have characteristics that make them well-suited for rapid optimisation into drug candidates.
