The key role of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) in human disease underpins their importance to modern medicine. 

The 7th RSC / SCI Symposium on GPCRs in Medicinal Chemistry will consist of first disclosures of clinical candidates, case studies in GPCR drug discovery and development, new structural biology and drug design and allosteric modulation.
